About Me

My time in High School has been an interesting one. It was here that I rediscovered my passion for drumming and running (in that order). I have met and befriended many amazing people, people who have helped mold me into the person I am today. I have been able to help in the city, clean up our local wildlife, and help as a camp counselor at Camp Bournelyf, a job that could not make me happier. I have obtained the skills and means to join a DCA drumline which I plan to do before college, and hopefully march with my college"s drumline! Until then, I am continuing to look research various careers and see what truly interests me.

In career development, we took a few career tests, one of which being the Myers Briggs test. This test took your personality into account and chose your most desired preferences and strong suits in a given career. My result was INTP, being Introverted (focusing intensely on a single project), Intuitive (working with theories and with what "could be"), Thinker (analyze problems objectively), and Perceptive (working flexibly and having fun doing it). On the Interest profiler, I scored highest in Investigative (works with ideas), Social (works with others well), and Artistic (can work without a set of rules). These assessments are very accurate and I strive to work to my strong suits.
